In all weather conditions, the Rebelcell Start offers a powerful starting power supply and can be conveniently charged via your outboard motor alternator. Switching from a traditional lead-acid starter battery to the Rebelcell Start allows space savings of up to 70% and reduces weight by 25 kg on board.

COMPACT & LIGHTWEIGHT: Weighing only 2.3 kg, the Rebelcell Start replaces lead-acid starter batteries of up to 30 kg, saving up to 70% of space on board.

HIGH USER FRIENDLINESS: The Rebelcell Start is suitable for use in all weather conditions. It can be charged from the outer edge and has low self-discharge. Regular maintenance is not required and the battery is equipped with a voltage indicator.

EASY INSTALLATION: Replacing the lead starter battery with the Rebelcell Start is simple and straightforward.

HIGHEST PERFORMANCE: The battery offers a starting pulse of 300A at -12°C up to 470A at +15°C. It is ideal for starting outboard motors up to 200 hp in all seasons.

RELIABLE AND DURABLE: A battery management system (BMS) protects the battery from deep discharge, high charging currents and extreme temperatures. The Rebelcell Start has an expected lifespan of 10 years.

For optimal performance, we recommend charging the launcher with the Rebelcell 14.6V3A battery charger prior to first use or during a deep charge. In normal operation, the start is charged via the outboard alternator. The Start is intended as a starter battery exclusively for outboard motors up to 200 hp. It is NOT suitable for starting other machines or devices such as cars, caravans, motorhomes, tractors, etc. It is also NOT suitable as a power supply for ship electronics, echo sounder, lighting, etc. You should always use a separate battery for such devices. The start is splash-proof according to the IP54 standard. However, it must not be fully submerged in water and is not intended for use in heavy rain. To avoid problems.
