Gone are the days when a battery had to be completely replaced if only a single cell or a small electronic component failed. The housing is not glued and the individual components are not soldered or cast. The built-in round cells are screwed together and can be replaced individually if necessary and without special tools. Functional components can be reused in the event of a repair. This saves costs and resources for the consumer and the environment.
With the integrated Bluetooth 4.0 monitoring, you always have all relevant battery data in view on your smartphone or tablet. Among other things, the app shows the following data in real time:
Fully-fledged lead-acid battery replacement with maximum service life
This LiFePO4 battery is a fully-fledged lead-acid battery replacement with all the benefits of lithium iron phosphate technology. The memory was specially developed to fully meet the high demands placed on storage batteries today.
The highest level of safety and a long service life, even with regular deep discharge, are given here. The technology enables an extremely high cycle life, which makes these batteries the ideal traction battery. In addition, it offers a significant weight reduction, enormous energy reserves and stable tension even under extreme loads.
The battery is suitable for one-to-one replacement of lead-acid batteries such as AGM or gel, without changing the charging or discharging structure. The battery is only suitable for 12 V installations. A parallel connection to increase the capacity is possible (series connection to e.g. 24 V is not possible).
More energy per kilogram
The battery weighs only 15.5 kg and is particularly easy to transport. Due to the absolutely usable capacity, it replaces lead-acid batteries with a capacity of up to 200 Ah in practice, despite the extremely light construction.
Safest lithium technology
The battery is based on lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology. It enables an extremely high cycle life and offers a significant weight reduction, enormous energy reserves and stable tension even under extreme loads.
The integrated battery management system (BMS) constantly monitors the status of each individual cell and protects them from overcharging, overvoltage and overheating, among other things. This prevents the battery from failing prematurely due to environmental influences or incorrect use.

The new LIONTRON LX Arctic is the first LiFePO4 battery that can be used without any problems even at arctic temperatures down to -30 °C. Other lithium batteries usually stop working completely at 0 °C.
Can be used down to -30 °C: LIONTRON Arctic batteries can even be used in extreme outside temperatures.
For mobile use: ideal for caravans, mobile homes and campers. Allows the battery to be installed in the unheated part of the vehicle.
Easy retrofitting: The Arctic Upgrade can be retrofitted without any problems. Already purchased LIONTRON batteries of the LX series can also be converted.
The system consists of two energy-efficient heating elements that are fully automatically controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS), which use the charging current to keep the cell temperature above freezing to enable the battery to be used even under extreme conditions. This makes the LIONTRON LX Arctic the ideal choice for trips to cooler climates or for installing the battery in the unheated part of the vehicle, for example in the battery compartment.
