Blue Smart IP65 charger 12/15 12V 15Amp CEE 7/17 is the preferred choice of the experts. The charger is designed to charge 12V batteries of various types and delivers a maximum charging current of 15A. These chargers generate three to four times less heat than the industry standard, with an efficiency of up to 95%. The power consumption drops to 0.5 watts once the battery is fully charged, which is five to ten times better than the industry standard.
The Blue Power charger is particularly suitable for lithium-ion batteries (LiFePO4), as a specific charging algorithm is used for these batteries, with an automatic function that protects the lithium-ion undervoltage protection

Charging process with temperature compensation
The Blue Power IP65 charger therefore measures the ambient temperature during the test phase and balances the temperature during the charging process, as the optimal charging voltage varies in opposition to the temperature. The charger therefore constantly measures the ambient temperature during the test phase and compensates for it. Special settings for a cold or hot environment are not required, as the temperature is measured again as soon as the charger is in low current mode, in the trickle charge voltage phase or in storage mode.
Recovery from completely discharged batteries
In contrast to most chargers with reverse polarity protection, which do not recognize discharged batteries, the Blue Power charger charges completely discharged batteries with a low current, then the charging process is resumed as soon as sufficient voltage has built up.
