ePropulsion VAQUITA E-Motor Set

VAQUITA, the SUP and kayak powered by ePropulsion. The 300W lithium-ion battery weighs only 2.5 kg and has an energy density of 120 Wh / kg. The battery is so small that it even fits into a small backpack without much effort. Overall, the VAQUITA weighs just 4kg, the engine weighs 1.5kg and the battery weighs 2.5kg. This makes the drive easy to transport and easy to store. So there is still room for other things.

With a top speed of around 9 km / h, you can drive a proud 9 km (5 knots) in one hour and you drive about 60 minutes at full throttle until the battery is empty. At 4 km / h you can even be on the road for 5 hours and cover about 20 km.

Handy remote control

The wireless remote control can be worn comfortably on the wrist or attached to the paddle. It ensures stepless speed regulation in forward gear. All you have to do is push the knob on the remote control forward. When pressing the power button, the engine stops immediately.

A lightweight

Overall, the 3-piece system with the battery weighs - a capacity of 333 Wh- the engine and remote control only 4 kg. The handy battery weighs only 2.5 kg. This makes the Vaquita easy to stow away and transport. It fits easily in a backpack and is used when you want to increase muscle power with electric power.

Really practical

Thanks to the two adapters included in the package, you can attach the engine to the fins of most SUP and kayaks in just one to two easy steps. Very handy is the remote control, which you can easily attach to the wrist or alternatively to a paddle. In order to glide silently through the water with the Vaquita, you only need to slowly move the speed control of the radio remote control to accelerate.

The new approach to pairing remote control with the battery:

• Preparation: Place the remote control in the configured state on the switched-off battery.
• Step 1: Press the button on the battery until 2 lights quickly flash alternately.
• Step 2: Press the battery button again, now all 4 lights should flash slowly and simultaneously.
• Step 3: Keep the battery button pressed until the 4 lights flash quickly.
• Step 4: Press the button on the remote control 1 time to turn it on, then press and hold it for about 10 seconds until the remote beeps twice.
• Connected: Flashing stops, continuous light 1-4 bars depending on the charge status.
